Moscow Circuit Design Group «RaceTracks» founded in 2006 by Mikhail Gorbachev and Andrey Kitov is designing and assisting design, reconstruction and homologation of modern race circuits and karting facilities. Our projects meet FIA, ASN and/or Russian (RAF) requirements..

Design

Circuit planning and construction timeline:

1. Creation of topographical plan of land (from 2 weeks).

2. Agreement on basic race track features according to your requirements specifications (1 day).

3. Moscow Circuit Design Group «RaceTracks» staff creates master plan of a circuit (1 —1.5 months).

4. Track profile is submitted to ASN and/or FIA for endorsement (1 week — 2 months). If needed we make amendments to the project according to&ASN/FIA corrections.

5. Approved documentation is transformed into requirements specifications for a developer. Developer creates construction documentation (from 2 months). After governmental appraisal project initiator receives construction permit.

6. Selection of main contractor and building of a circuit (from 5 months). RaceTracks.ru staff assists during all stages; we are solely responsible for stages 2, 3 and 4 and act as advisors for contractors during stages 5 and 6.
